Free shipping on all orders over $250 within Australia. 

Please note delivery estimates do not include order processing times. 

 

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

We are currently unable to deliver to PO boxes. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to redirect the parcel to a new address.

All Australian orders are shipped with Sendle and do not require a signature upon delivery. 

International orders may require a signature upon delivery.

LABEL LABEL is not responsible for any theft, damage or losses of your parcel once it has left our studio.

 

DUTIES & TAXES

For customers outside of Australia, your order may be subject to international duties and taxes when the parcel arrives at the destination country. These taxes and duties are required to be paid by the customer upon delivery. Please note that the shipping carrier may not release the parcel without prior payment for these fees.

LABEL LABEL cannot be held responsible for any actions, costs, or delays caused due to these customs processes over which we have no control. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information about possible duties and taxes.

 

RETURNS

You may return your LABEL LABEL garment within 14 days of delivery. 

The garment must be unworn, unused and in perfect condition with all original tags and packaging intact. Items that are returned otherwise, may be rejected and returned to the customer.

Full price items can be returned for a refund, credit or free size exchange. Sale items may be returned for a credit note or free size exchange only. 

Please note return shipping costs are subject to customers own expense. 

 

How to return your LABEL LABEL garment: 

1. Please send your garment to; Label Label, unit 3/1-5 Martin Street, St Kilda Victoria 3182, Australia.

2. Send an email to info@labellabel.studio specifying if you would like a refund, credit note or size exchange.

3. We will contact you with relevant information on what happens next.
